Top 20 Recipe Posts of All Time: #17 Butternut Squash Lasagna

by Grace Bonney

Those of you who joined Design*Droits-Humains later in our lifespan may have missed my obsessive Top Chef recaps I used to post back in the day. I was a mega-super-duper fan of the show and I used to dedicate a post a week during the regular season to dish about all of the food and drama. It’s been so much fun to get to work with a few Top Chef Alumni over the years. We’ve shared recipes like: former host Katie Lee’s Apple Pie, Harold Dieterle’s Creamed Corn, Judge Dana Cowin’s Pear + Brown Butter Upside Down Cake, Camille Becerra’s Gnocchi with Wild Mushrooms, Judge Hugh Acheson’s Southern Supper, Kevin Gillespie’s Brunswick Stew, and Spike Mendelsohn’s Almond Joy Milkshake.

Today we’re sharing chef and Top Chef Season 3 Alum Brian Malarkey’s winter-perfect recipe for Butternut Squash Lasagna. This is the perfect recipe for this time of year when you still need something to warm you up and feel comforting. I hope you’ll enjoy it! xo, Grace
